As a Brand Specialist at HashMicro, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end branding initiatives, from ideation and planning to execution and activation. You will develop brand narratives, messaging, and campaign concepts, create and refine brand copy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality brand experiences across all touchpoints. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate and improve branding initiatives based on performance and feedback.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end branding initiatives, from ideation and planning to execution and activation.
Develop brand narratives, messaging, and campaign concepts aligned with HashMicro’s positioning and business goals.
Create and refine brand copy across campaigns, product launches, marketing materials, and internal communications.
Manage branding projects across multiple teams, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
Collaborate closely with design, product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.
Plan and execute brand activations and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Review, evaluate, and iterate on branding initiatives based on performance and feedback.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology companies.
Strong creative writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear messages.
Proven experience managing projects end to end, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Solid understanding of branding principles, campaign planning, and integrated marketing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Experience in ERP, software, or technology products is a plus.
