We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Legal Staff with at least one year of experience in corporate legal functions. You will handling our legal operations for a fast-growing B2B ERP software company with regional activities across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents including agreements, NDAs, SLAs, MoUs, partnership contracts, procurement/vendor documents, and other commercial agreements.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Indonesian law and internal standards.
Preparing documents for dispute resolution, customer complaints, and potential litigation matters.
Ensure company compliance with statutory obligations, business licenses, regulatory filings, and internal corporate governance requirements.
Provide legal advice and clarification for internal teams regarding contract clauses, business risks, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Business Development, and regional teams to ensure alignment of legal processes across departments.
Support legal matters involving regional operations as needed.
Maintain organized records of ongoing cases, notices, and legal correspondence.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Legal or Legal Officer role (preferably in tech, SaaS, B2B, or corporate setting).
Strong understanding of contract drafting, corporate compliance, and Indonesian corporate regulations.
Ability to review and interpret legal documents with attention to detail.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills.
Ability to work onsite at our Jakarta Head Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of regional documentation (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, etc.) is a plus.
