As a Digital Marketing Trainer at HashMicro, you will be responsible for designing and delivering digital marketing training programs for both local and international teams. You will facilitate the learning process, assess performance, and evaluate training outcomes to continuously enhance the overall effectiveness of the digital marketing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customized digital marketing training programs aligned with company objectives and business growth goals.

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across marketing teams.

  • Deliver training through workshops, coaching sessions, case studies, and online learning formats, with a strong focus on practical application.

  • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and real campaign case studies.

  • Facilitate learning for fresh graduates, interns, and early-career professionals, ensuring clarity and structured progression.

  • Evaluate participants’ performance and learning outcomes, providing constructive feedback and improvement recommendations.

  • Collaborate closely with Tech, Business Development, and HR teams to ensure training content remains relevant, actionable, and aligned with business needs.

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially in B2B and performance marketing.

  • Prepare training reports and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in internal training, mentoring, coaching, or team enablement.

  • Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, including SEO/SEM strategies, performance optimization, and campaign performance analysis.

  • Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs for professionals or early-career talent.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.

  • Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and experience levels.

  • Proficient in using online training platforms and digital collaboration tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Empathetic, patient, and motivated to support learner development.
