QA & Data Engineer

• Processing, transforming, and validating client data prior to implementation within the ERP system. 
• Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used during ERP implementation and system operations.
• Performing quality assurance activities, including manual system testing, to verify ERP functionality, workflows, and data accuracy, particularly when data engineering tasks are not required.
• Preparing and executing test cases and conducting regression testing following fixes or system updates.
• Supporting ERP implementation and release activities from development and testing environments through production.
• Identifying, documenting, and assisting in the resolution of system, data, and production-related issues.
• Coordinating with internal teams, including developers, consultants, and product teams, to understand system requirements and quality standards.
• Preparing documentation and reports related to data processing, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Recommending improvements to data handling, testing processes, and overall system quality. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship/project experience in QA, data, or ERP is a plus.

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

• Understanding of data processing (cleaning, validation, transformation) is preferred.

• Familiar with manual testing, test case creation, and basic QA concepts.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good documentation and communication skills.

• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Willing to learn ERP systems and business process workflows.
