Branding Strategist

        We are seeking a creative and driven Branding Strategist to join our team at HashMicro. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of our branding efforts, including PR, social media, campaigns, and brand activations. You will play a key part in crafting compelling content, designing innovative B2B campaign strategies, and ensuring our brand narrative resonates with our target audience.

        This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a passion for storytelling, especially those with a proven track record in PR and branding campaigns. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or professionals (2 YoE) with a background in B2B or tech industries are welcome to apply.

        Key Responsibilities: 
        - Manage end-to-end branding projects, including Public Relations, social media, campaigns, and brand activations.
        - Create compelling content for platforms like LinkedIn, social media, press releases, and articles, aligning with HashMicro’s branding guidelines and target audience preferences.
        - Collaborate on innovative and unique B2B campaign ideas during brainstorming sessions.
        - Organize and execute events to promote the company’s brand narrative.
        - Represent HashMicro as talent in social media video content.
        - Ensure consistent branding across all channels to maintain a positive image.
        - Plan and implement KOL marketing strategies to enhance campaigns.
        -Monitor and report on weekly performance metrics.

        Requirements:
        - Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
        - Familiarity with the B2B industry and creative branding campaign strategies.
        - Proven track record of executing successful PR campaigns and securing media coverage.
        - Strong creative abilities with the skill to identify unique angles and compelling stories.
        - Possess excellent writing skills.
        - Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
        - Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
        - Willingness to work onsite.

        Preferred Qualifications:
        - Prior experience in Branding, Marketing Communication, and PR, or related fields within the B2B or tech industry, with a strong emphasis on storytelling.
        - Prior experience in managing social media portfolios for in-house corporations or brands
