HR & Finance Officer Philippines
Job Description:
Handling general paper works, forms & administration (Invoice/OR, BIR Forms, Documents, etc.) and distribution
Perform general accounting and compliance with financial reporting and taxation standards
Tax Compliance : Monthly & Quarterly computation and preparation of BIR tax returns according to BIR 2303. ITR, AFS Preparation & filing.
Collect & deposit business cheque
Assist in preparation of registration, reports, compliance and represents the company throughout the process
Coordinate with recruiter team for interviews & recruiting process
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Education minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Familiar with Finance, Accounting and Tax reporting
Familiar with Legal Process is a plus
Can work independently as well as in a team
Can work under pressure and tight deadline
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Able to work mobile as needed
