HR & Finance Officer Philippines

 Job Description:

  • Handling general paper works, forms & administration (Invoice/OR, BIR Forms, Documents, etc.) and distribution

  • Perform general accounting and compliance with financial reporting and taxation standards

  • Tax Compliance : Monthly & Quarterly computation and preparation of BIR tax returns according to BIR 2303. ITR, AFS Preparation & filing.

  • Collect & deposit business cheque

  • Assist in preparation of registration, reports, compliance and represents the company throughout the process

  • Coordinate with recruiter team for interviews & recruiting process

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written

  • Education minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • Familiar with Finance, Accounting and Tax reporting

  • Familiar with Legal Process is a plus

  • Can work independently as well as in a team

  • Can work under pressure and tight deadline

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Able to work mobile as needed
