SEO Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Supervisor to lead our SEO team and drive performance in the SEA market. In this role, you’ll manage SEO strategies, mentor specialists, oversee content planning, and collaborate with internal teams to improve website visibility. You’ll lead technical and on-page SEO efforts, analyze performance using SEO tools, and stay up to date with the latest trends and algorithm changes.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO Specialists, ensuring implementation of effective SEO strategies, especially for the SEA region.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Perform and implement technical SEO audits to improve site performance.

  • Execute on-page SEO optimizations including metadata, internal linking, and content enhancements.

  • Manage SEO updates and configurations within various content management systems (CMS).

  • Oversee content planning by building editorial calendars and coordinating with content writers or teams to align with SEO goals.

  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute SEO initiatives.

  • Design and execute SEO experiments or testing to refine strategy.

  • Present SEO strategies and project updates clearly to internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as the main point of contact and subject-matter expert on all SEO matters.

  • Stay updated on SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

  • Create real strategies based on experience and innovation to increase lead conversion. The main goal is to increase the number of conversions from traffic to valuable leads for the company.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or 2+ years in an SEO leadership role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • In-depth understanding of SEO best practices—technical, on-page, and content.

  • Proficient with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CMS platforms.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (optional).

  • Excellent writing skills and a strong passion for SEO and digital marketing.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience developing SEO strategies for B2B companies.

  • Strong understanding of the SEO landscape in the SEA market.
