Software Technical Trainer

We are looking for a passionate Software Technical Trainer to join our Learning & Development team, focusing on delivering technical training related to our ERP systems. This role is designed for fresh graduates from IT, Computer Science, or relevant majors who are eager to develop their careers in training and talent development. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating technical learning programs that support employee development and ensure effective system adoption across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical training materials, modules, and learning pathways focused on ERP system usage.

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and create tailored learning solutions.

  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to internal teams across departments.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training materials align with business needs.

  • Facilitate end-to-end training processes including scheduling, documentation, teaching, and post-training evaluation.

  • Monitor and report on trainee progress, collecting feedback through surveys and assessments.

  • Continuously research the latest tools, methodologies, and trends in learning technology to enhance training effectiveness.

  • Support the development of knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal learning communities.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in training or ERP-related projects is a strong advantage.

  • Exposure to ERP systems (as user, project intern, or academic project) is a plus.

  • Strong passion for learning, teaching, and talent development.

  • Good English proficiency, both written and verbal.

  • Fast learner with strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.

  • Good time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Initiative-driven, proactive, and creative problem-solver.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship experience in Corporate Training & Development or Learning & Development roles.

  • Fluency in English (both business and casual context).

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Practical experience in using presentation and content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or e-learning authoring tools).
