International Relationship Manager
Requirements:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing and strengthening long-term relationships.
Understand clients’ business goals and objectives, and align appropriate ERP solutions to meet their needs.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss business challenges and provide tailored ERP recommendations.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling ERP products and services to existing clients.
Collaborate closely with business development and technical teams to develop proposals and solutions that address client requirements.
Develop and execute strategies to expand and grow the client base within the ERP industry.
Work with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, manage client expectations, and proactively address any issues or risks that arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in client-facing, sales, or organizational roles is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Interested in client relationship management and business solutions (ERP / software).
Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams.
Willing to learn and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and responsible in managing tasks and follow-ups.
Willing to work with international clients and flexible working hours when required
