International Relationship Manager

Requirements:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing and strengthening long-term relationships.

  • Understand clients’ business goals and objectives, and align appropriate ERP solutions to meet their needs.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss business challenges and provide tailored ERP recommendations.

  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling ERP products and services to existing clients.

  • Collaborate closely with business development and technical teams to develop proposals and solutions that address client requirements.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand and grow the client base within the ERP industry.

  • Work with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

  • Monitor project progress, manage client expectations, and proactively address any issues or risks that arise.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in client-facing, sales, or organizational roles is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Interested in client relationship management and business solutions (ERP / software).

  • Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams.

  • Willing to learn and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented and responsible in managing tasks and follow-ups.

  • Willing to work with international clients and flexible working hours when required
