As a Brand Specialist at HashMicro, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end branding initiatives, from ideation and planning to execution and activation. You will develop brand narratives, messaging, and campaign concepts, create and refine brand copy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality brand experiences across all touchpoints. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate and improve branding initiatives based on performance and feedback.


Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end branding initiatives, from ideation and planning to execution and activation.

  • Develop brand narratives, messaging, and campaign concepts aligned with HashMicro’s positioning and business goals.

  • Create and refine brand copy across campaigns, product launches, marketing materials, and internal communications.

  • Manage branding projects across multiple teams, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.

  • Collaborate closely with design, product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.

  • Plan and execute brand activations and campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Review, evaluate, and iterate on branding initiatives based on performance and feedback.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology companies.

  • Strong creative writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear messages.

  • Proven experience managing projects end to end, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

  • Solid understanding of branding principles, campaign planning, and integrated marketing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

  • Experience in ERP, software, or technology products is a plus.
