As a Digital Marketing Manager at HashMicro, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective digital campaigns across various channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful digital content, including website copy, landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, recommending and implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of digital marketing initiatives.

  • Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing activities, ensuring compliance in all campaigns.

  • Report directly to executive management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in digital marketing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on popular digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to drive brand engagement and lead generation.

  • Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry regulations.

  • Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.
