As a Creative Specialist, you'll play an integral role in our marketing team at HashMicro. Your responsibility will be to create compelling, informative, and captivating content for various platforms, including website pages, advertisements, email marketing, social media, and other marketing materials. You'll be tasked with delivering the company's message in a creative and effective manner to capture the attention of the target audience.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating and editing quality content for various platforms, including articles, blog posts, product descriptions, email marketing, and ad copy.

  • Understanding the target audience and creating content that aligns with their interests and needs.

  • Managing the editorial calendar to schedule content publication consistently.

  • Evaluating existing content and making improvements as necessary to enhance quality and readability.

  • Conducting keyword research and ensuring content is optimized for SEO.

  • Collaborating with marketing and design teams to produce content cohesive with the brand message.

  • Maintaining a content portfolio covering various topics and writing styles.

  • Crafting effective marketing materials for advertising campaigns and promotions.

  • Keeping up with the latest trends in the content industry and undergoing training as needed to update skills.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality content.

  • Excellent writing skills with attention to proper grammar and spelling (both in Bahasa Indonesia & English).

  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEO writing practices.

  • Creativity and ability to think "out of the box" to create engaging content.

  • Multitasking abilities to manage various projects and different deadlines.

  • Familiarity with tools such as CMS (Content Management System), keyword analysis tools, and image editing software.

  • Communicative and able to collaborate with various teams within the company.

  • Strong research skills to produce fact-based content.

  • Bachelor's degree in Literature, Journalism, or related field is a plus.
