HRGA Staff

Job functions:

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, preparation of necessary documentation, and coordination with relevant departments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate information or redirecting them to the relevant departments.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Assist in the administration of employee attendance, leave management, and BPJS.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed and ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and other corporate activities.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the management.

  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

  • Support other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role (1-2 years).

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Fluency in English is a big plus.
