HRGA Staff
Job functions:
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, preparation of necessary documentation, and coordination with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate information or redirecting them to the relevant departments.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the administration of employee attendance, leave management, and BPJS.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and other corporate activities.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the management.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Support other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR or administrative role (1-2 years).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in English is a big plus.
