The Assistant Director of Business Development is expected to assist the Business Development Director in leading the sales team to hit sales targets by forming marketing strategies to achieve forecasted sales. The assistant shall seek out high-value clients and ensure quality service standards are delivered by the sales team, while creating on-going campaigns for promotion. Continuously conduct competitor analysis to study sales and marketing tactics used by other competitors. At the same time, the assistant needs to survey the execution of sales and promotional events to increase profits for the Company, as well as monitoring the learning & development plan to ensure quality growth. Finally, the assistant must review relevant financial data to chart strategies for company growth and assist the director in any business expansion plan.

Supervise, motivate and empower staff
Support the establishment of a framework for initiative and enterprise
Plan and supervise business expansion plan
Work with other departments to achieve organization goals
Manage the schedule and time management of the Business Development Director
Provide personal assistance to the Business Development Director
Write or draft proposals
Any other duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Relevant working experience in the field of assistant director with sufficient exposure to the sales & business development world
Business proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin
Able to work and travel domestically and internationally
An expert user of PowerPoint/Google Slides, Microsoft Excel, and Google Spreadsheet with advanced use of formulas
Familiar with Canva and similar design tools
A minimum of Bachelor degree in the field of Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing & Public Relation, IT, and Legal
High commitment level with ability to work overtime and on weekends
A proven track record of discipline, commitment, and loyalty
Able to work discreetly and maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills
Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude that reflects the credibility of management team
