HR & Finance Officer Philippines
Job Description:
- Handling general paper works, forms & administration (Invoice/OR, BIR Forms, Documents, etc.) and distribution 
- Perform general accounting and compliance with financial reporting and taxation standards 
- Tax Compliance : Monthly & Quarterly computation and preparation of BIR tax returns according to BIR 2303. ITR, AFS Preparation & filing. 
- Collect & deposit business cheque 
- Assist in preparation of registration, reports, compliance and represents the company throughout the process 
- Coordinate with recruiter team for interviews & recruiting process 
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both oral and written 
- Education minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 
- Familiar with Finance, Accounting and Tax reporting 
- Familiar with Legal Process is a plus 
- Can work independently as well as in a team 
- Can work under pressure and tight deadline 
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
- Able to work mobile as needed
