HR Generalist

Job Description

• Handling company employment status issues (Consultant, Fixed Time Work Agreement/PKWT), Unspecified Time Work/PKWTT)

• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, including recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, leave balance record, employees file and database maintenance, attendance records, overtime calculation, company permit & legal document

• Insurance management (BPJS) Policy and SOP design and implementation

• Developing policies, company rules, procedure/regulations and other strategies

• Maintaining records of all General Affairs related documents

• Handling Asset Management, Building, Vehicles, and Office Equipment

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Min. 2 years of experience working as HR Generalist

• Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities

• Computer literacy with capability in data processing, Ms. Office and human resources software

• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
