We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization initiatives in the B2B SaaS ERP industry, with a strong focus on the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and support lead generation across multiple markets. You will collaborate closely with content, product, and development teams to implement high-impact SEO practices, stay ahead of algorithm updates, and position our brand as a trusted solution for enterprise clients in the region.
Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
Lead and implement technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
Execute high-impact on-page SEO strategies, including meta optimization, internal linking, and site structure enhancements.
Manage SEO implementation through various Content Management Systems (CMS).
Oversee content production: plan content calendars, coordinate with writers, and support content development with SEO insights.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance; provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Collaborate with SEO managers, content teams, developers, and product stakeholders to align and execute strategies.
Drive and manage SEO experiments, A/B tests, and innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Present findings, roadmaps, and results to internal stakeholders in a clear and strategic manner.
Advocate for SEO best practices across departments and ensure consistent application.
Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates to maintain industry leadership.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of results.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Experience in managing and executing SEO strategies across multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience managing SEO performance for Southeast Asia (SEA) markets, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site performance tools.
Experience working with CMS platforms.
Understanding of other marketing channels is a plus.
Excellent writing and editing skills with SEO.
Strong technical SEO experience, including crawl optimization, indexing, structured data, and mobile-first indexing.
