Job Description:

  • Lead and nurture team members to be able to make calls and generate interest and meetings.

  • Convert enquiries to active leads by generating meetings.

  • Take the extra mile to engage clients.

  • Strategize and execute on how to generate the max number of fulfilled meetings from telesales.

  • Create sales scripts and customer answer sheets.

  • Implementing telesales strategies.

  • Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff to achieve targets.

  • Monitoring the performance of telesales team.

  • Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.

  • Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents.

  • Following up on previous clients for potential sales.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports of team member progress related to sales activity, leads follow up, and others to management.


 Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • High school / diploma / Bachelor
